Python Backend (Telegram bots)

Maintain and extend the CAPS-Announcer bot and related UTHM Telegram tooling. FastAPI backend, Postgres, Redis queue. 6-month contract with strong intent to convert.

• ·Has worked with the Telegram Bot API at scale (1k+ groups)
• ·Comfortable with FastAPI + async
